5 Alphabet is First Letter of Name

C for Companies
H for HUF
F for Firm

First 3 letters is AO code, 4th is status of assessee, 5th is assess's title name and balance 5 is PAN.

Is this correct. First 3 letters are Serial No. and not AO code. But where is this information, any site or book.
