1_Pvt Co

This query is : Resolved

03 September 2009 Mrs. X the propriertor was paying the Rent to Mr. B now in the year May 09 Mrs. X has converted their propriertorship in to a Pvt Ltd Company. Now My question can the same agreement will be enough between X & B?
Or can Comapny pay the rent to B and avail the rent as allowable expenses.

04 September 2009 1. It depends upon the language of the original agreement.Better enter into fresh agreement.

2. Co using the premises and paying rent even if no agreement can claim expenses

05 September 2009 So if we file an affidevit on 100 Rs. stamp paper stating that the propriertory firm in to a pvt co will that be enough.
