02 July 2014 1.Can a Direct Entry Person is eligible for writing CA Inter after completing 9 months article ship..

2.Then one more thing if the student is going to terminate article ship before 1 year,and not interested to rejoin article ship again till the student, clearing Inter exam.

3. Could the student is eligible for writing the inter exam till cracking the inter exam..??

02 July 2014 If you taking termination after completion of 9 months of articleship training period without any excess leaves leaves then you are eligible to write CA inter exams even though you not re-joined into your articleship till completion of your CA Inter, But due to this your CA final attempt eligibility shall be postponed and delayed.
In case if you have excess leaves then it will be depending on the period of articleship and leaves taken etc...

Including forms and certificates which want to
send to ICAI

03 July 2014 For termination required to send form 109, and for registration to articleship form 103 as you send it earlier except articleship fee need not to pay again and period of articleship is shall be balance period of articleship to be complete.

04 July 2014 You are saying you terminating before completion of one year of articleship, so you need not to submit any documents along with form 109. In case of form 103 also you need not to submit anything because of you submitted all in earlier at the time of first registration to articleship, but send copy of terminated letter send by the ICAI.
