IN TDS RETURN ASST.YEAR 2025-26 FORM 24Q4 CORRECTION THERE IS AN ERROR SHOWING T_FV_6364 HOW TO SOLVE THE ERROR

Common Reasons for T_FV_6364:
Incorrect PAN/TAN Format – Ensure that PAN follows the correct format.
Mismatch with Income Tax Database – The PAN or TAN provided doesn't match what’s recorded in the Income Tax Department's database.
PAN/TAN Not Registered or Activated – If the deductor’s PAN or TAN is new and not yet fully registered or verified with the NSDL/Traces system.
Spelling Errors in Name/Details – Sometimes, even a mismatch in the deductor's name (as per PAN) can lead to this error.
Double-check PAN/TAN entries in the deductor details section of your return.
Use the official Income Tax PAN/TAN verification tools to confirm validity:
Ensure the name and address details match exactly as per the PAN/TAN database.
If problem not resolved, contact helpline.
