15 January 2019 Dear Sir/Madam, Please guide me for filing for claiming ITC for an exporter of services (with LUT) who has no domestic turnover. 1.Which col will have to be manually filled in ? 2. Which Col will pop up ? 3. Which documents to be sent physically ? Thanks.

19 January 2019 simply file your refund application online over portal.. take print of such application and submit the same with prescribed docs. for docs am sending you link...

20 January 2019 Sir, I am told that physical papers are now to be scanned and not uploaded as dedcided by 32nd GST Council meeting. Please confirm.
