WHAT IS THE THRESHOLD LIMIT FOR LEGAL & PROFESSIONAL FEES?

rs 20000/-in the year then you will deduct tds on whole amount if payment is in excess of rs 20000/-
17 July 2008
Payment in excess of Rs. 20,000/- will attract the deduction of TDS on legal & professional fees/charges paid.
