OUR CLUB PURCHASE KAYAK & WIND SURFING FOR OUR MEMBERS CAN ITC CAN BE TAKEN ON THAT OR NOT

If your club is providing taxable supply of services and the Kayak & Wind Surfing equipment is used to provide such taxable services to members, ITC can be claimed.
If the equipment is for personal use or non-business use, ITC is not allowed.
If the equipment is for personal use or non-business use, ITC is not allowed.
