regarding articleship registration

I had registered for both groups of IPCC for Rs 9000 and i didn't registered for Articleship for Rs.2000.As i gave 4 attempts for IPCC and now i wnt join articles. how can i register Rs.2000 ?
which form i should use?

16 June 2014 you need to fill Form 102 and 103 and pay articleship regstration fees along with it through a demand draft.
