JUST I FILE GSTR 10 FOR MY OLD BUSINESS...IMEDEATLY CAN I APPLY FOR NEW GST NUMBER

Yes, There is no specific waiting period after filing GSTR-10 before applying for a new GST number. However, ensure that all liabilities from the previous business are settled before proceeding with the new registration
