PTEC Challan not reflecting in Payment History

25 February 2025 I have paid PTEC Challan for the F.Y.2017-18 on dated 05/02/2025 and same is verified. when i search in payment history it is not visible on mahagst.gov.in portal. what should i do?
and how can i get paid challan of PTEC?

26 February 2025 For FY 2017-18 you need to follow up offline with your jurisdictional tax officer.

if i go offline, they will levied interest on the same or interest will waived off under amnesty scheme? Please guide

01 March 2025 If any scheme is active, Tax officer will be obliged to waive off interest &/or penalty; otherwise you will be liable for the same.
