26 August 2010 In case of a Pvt.Ltd. Co. whose accounts are likely to be audited on Dt. 28.08.2010 along with the Statutory Auditor's Report of Dt.28.08.2010. The AGM is to be held on 29.09.2010.Now query is whether efiling of ITR-6 is possible now as on 02.09.2010 prior to the date of AGM to be held on 29.09.2010.
