My friend received a notice from Income Tax Department, dated 10/4/2017. The subject of the notice is non filing of ITR-FY- 2014-15. Information Description in the notice is ‘Deposited Cash of Rs.10, 00,000 or more in a Savings bank account- FY-2014-15. As per the notice a copy of acknowledgement is required to be submitted to the office of the undersigned within 20 days of notice.
What to do in this case? Please help me.
