how to use + & - NAVIGATION IN TALLY , WHEN TO USE THIS SYMBOL

Hi,
Generally + & - symbols in tally can be used to view day books without changing the dates frequently. i.e. if you are in Apr 01st day book by pressing + symbol you could view day books for Apr 02nd, so on & vice versa.
