13 November 2022 After clicking on generate jason file , the ITR4 UTILITY for fy 2021-22 is showing that the file is saved in a folder , but the filder is not showing that file.
Please guide

13 November 2022 It might be getting saved in Temp folder.
While saving file you need to check, whether the same gets downloaded in required folder.
Other option is change browser, Microsoft Edge is preferred.

13 November 2022 May be technical glitch, try online filing, it works fine, or with any other suitable browser.

It can be done only on windows 7.
