14 September 2025 on installing itr utility for ay 2025-26
after extracting the zip file there is a setup file on opening set up file nothing happens and utility does not open kindly help as i am unable to file return

14 September 2025 Uninstall the app. Remove all the files... Clear catch...
If possible download the utility file again & extract it ...
This may resolve the error...

14 September 2025 I TRIED MANY TIMES DELETING AND RESTARTING BUT STILL UTILITY IS NOT OPENING HOW CAN I OPEN IT

14 September 2025 Try other option at this moment. File ITR with Java offline utility or online....
You may also try to download the utility on another laptop/CPU...
You may contact helpline, if they can solve the issue...
