BSR CODE address (or)
Adress of the branch where we have account in???

in the branch address on the challan you have to mention the address of that branch on which the cheque is drawn i.e where you have your account.

Cheque is not drawn it is online payment, then??? address should be of Internet collection centre or the bank where u have account in???
