We purchased a plot from Midc before July 2017. Can we be eligible? GST
12 August 2025
You are not eligible for GST credit on plot purchase from MIDC.
No GST was applicable on sale of land/plot, including before or after July 2017.
If MIDC charged GST on any separate service component, you may claim ITC on that portion subject to usual conditions.
