WE HAVE A DEVIATION IN THE FLAT AND THE REFUND HAS BEEN HELD UP . IS THERE ANY AMICABLE WAY TO GET THE REFUND POST SOME DEDUCTION , PLS SUGGEST

The proper management JLL is saying that we have given the fitout declaration which states that no refund will be given if we do not reinstate the lobby to earlier common state..And they are asking us to remove the same or loose the refund..What should I do sir
