Do i need to finish GMCS course in order to be eligible to appear in Nov 09 new course exams.. I have done PE2.

GMCS IS COMPULSORY ONLY FOR OBTAINIG THE MEMBERSHIP OF THE INSTITUTE NOT FOR APPEARING IN EXAM.
