07 February 2008 1.Time value of money is nothing but the erosion in value of money with passage of time. For example, One Rupee today will buy more than what it will at a future date.
2. Appreciation of assets is nothing but the increase in value it commands by passage of time.
3. Gestation period is the time required for an event to get completed
