Whether a Private Ltd.Company dealing with pearls and manufacturing jewelery which imports raw material (pearls) can avail ECB Loan? Whether import of pearls for purpose of making jewelery and trading the end product is an eligible activity for availing External Commercial Borrowing Loan?

ECB should not be issue in the present case provided you met the other conditions like holding of 25% equity by foreign lender etc...
