02 October 2018 As MCA notified mandatory De-materialization of Shares of the Unlisted Public Company recently.
What is advisable for the medium business owner whether go for de-materialization of shares or conversion of public company into private company ?

04 October 2018 Just to avoid Dematerialization, conversion of public company into private is not advisable. As we dont know, Govt may issue mandate in future for private company as well for compulsory dematerlization. further Conversion of Public company into Private Company requires approval of NCLT which is time consuming process.
