MY QUESTION IS, CAN WE GIVE A C FORM OF SUNDRY CREDITOR OTHERS FOR INTERSTATE PURCHASE FOR SAVE OUR LOCAL TAX LIABILITIES.

First you check, whether the material purchased by you is covered under your registration of CST. If it is not covered, you cannot issue the Form C.
