22 September 2011 I AM BASED IN DELHI. I HAVE FILED MY INCOME TAX RETURN FOR ASSESSMENT YEAR 2007-08 ON 31/03/2008

MY QUERY :

1. HOW CAN I GET ASSESSMENT ORDER FOR 2007-2008.

2. HOW CAN I GET CERTIFIED COPY OF ASSESSMENT ORDER FOR 2009-10 WHICH I HAVE FILED THRU E-FILING FROM CENTRALIZED PROCESSING CENTER.

22 September 2011 If you have E-filed from CPC, then you must have received Income tax Intimation U/S 143(1) from CPC at your registered E-mail address. This intimation treated as provisional assessment order. Now as per query :-

1. If you have not received this intimation u/s. 143(1) through mail, then contanct CPC help center, and ask for duplicate intimation they will provide you within 10-15 working days.

2. No need to get certified copy of assessment order, you will received order copy from registered E-mail id (IT Dept.) which is password protected.
