what is a Accounting head for cash stolen by Employee,who is not in job.

whether you are lodged complaint against your ex-employee then it is under theft a/c otherwise you will debited to other exp a/c

It should be parked under the head of 'THEFT & EMBEZELLMENTS' only. Same is an allowable expense as in the case of 'Nainital Bank Limited'.
