DEAR EXPERT,
THERE WAS A CHARGE OF 7450000 REGISTED ON MCA
COMPANY ENHANCED THE CC TO 9950000
BUT I WRONGLY CREATED A NEW CHARGE OF 9950000 INSTEAD OF MODIFYING THE EXISTING CHARGE OF 7450000
PLEASE SUGGEST ME WHAT ACTION SHOULD BE TAKEN IN THIS REGARD

Request your banker to issue No due certificate for earlier registered charge and explain him that you have registered a fresh charge for an amount of 99,50,000/- and to rectify the register of charges, you have to go for the process of satisfaction of earlier registered charge.
