If a person have only income from commission and he do not have any other income,which ITR is applicable for him

he have received TDS certificate from RMP infotech private limited (marketing company)under this certificate they have mentioned section 194H
he do marketing for this company like to creat a member & for this he receive Income after deducting TDS
