Now Can i provide consultancy to some other private Limited company?

Many are Doing The Same, For Fix Income, They are Employed at CA Firm & Side by side Developing Their Practice.

But Providing Consultancy Services is Not Under professional Misconduct.
But You Cant provide Consultancy as a Practicing CA.
Consultancy Anyone Can provide.
