please me what is the current income tax slabs for individual for the f.y 2013-2014 and what is the rate of higher and secondary and education cess.

22 May 2014 Upto 2 lakh (2.5 lakh-senior citizen, 5 lakh-super senior citizen) - NIL
2/2.5 lakh - 5 lakh: 10%
5 - 10 lakh: 20%
> 10 lakh: 30%
Rate of higher and secondary education cess: 3%
