Very Urgent -- TDS Certificate to Deductee

Hi,
What is the Due date for TDS Payment of Form 24Q, 26Q, 27Q (In site it was 15th May for Fy10-11).
We received a letter from Reliance Co stating to furnish the TDS certificate for the FY10-11 before 30th Apr11 otherwise it wil considered as Payable.
IS we are required to submit before 30th Apr or we can avail the benefit of Due date til 15th May.
Is there any line in ACT stating that TDS certificates to be Issued to Deductee on or before 30th April.

Consolidated TDS Certificate i.e., only one Certificate in end of FY are giving by my Company

TDS certificate in form 16A to be issued quarterly. The same is mentioned in the link.
The 30th april rule might be of reliance only not in act. Mabe they will give u credit in next year then.
