18 August 2015 i have filed income tax return of my uncle u/s 44AD With turnover of 25lakh around & income 8% of the same as the information furnished to me. now a notice recived from income tax stating that person had deposited cash around 80 lakh in one of his bank account and no withdrawl. which was not disclosed earlier to me. now how to give justification of the said deposited & also guide me how to solve this matter. please guide me
