if my closing stock is 5 lakh at the time of moving to gst. no vat input credit balance . in this condition will I get any input credit on my closing stock?

yes you can get GST credit SGST.

Yes Provisions has been made in Transactional Provisions but you have to claim it and you can transfer to SGST.
