i want to know that in which circumstences it is required to issue form ut-1,ct-1 & form are-1 please give me reply

ARE-1 is Application for removal goods for exports.
CT-1 is the duty free procurement certificate for merchant export.
UT-1 is for export under Letter of under takeing.
