hi, One of my client is a public ltd. co.
What r the requirements to be fulfilled at ROC, specifically regarding Returns and other monthly/quarterly/half yearly/yearly statements to be submitted,if any.

Annual Return and Copy of Annual Report with in stipulated time period after AGM. There are also other form require to file tim e to time depends upon nature of transaction like allotment of shares etc
