Hello experts!
Sir , the select services are not part of our syllabus and as a result the chapter in module "gamut and coverage of taxable services " is also no more relevant for nov'12 exams , my query is whether the case laws which are relevant for exams would also change as a result.I mean the case laws mentioned in institute publication in chapter on "gamut and coverage of taxable service be relevant for nov'12 exams ? Please reply soon.

Hello, when the services are not part of your syllabus then the case laws on the same topic is also not relevant. but it is suggested that you should have a look once before your exam. It would not take much of your time, and for such case law only remember the final decision.
