sir there is a ca firm named singhal gupta & associates since 1980,and a new firm name goel agarwal and associates since 2010 ,now we want to merge the firm with gupta goel and agarwal associates
whether our new firm experience will be from 1980 or not

Hi,
firstly u will have to merge Goel Aggarwal & Associates with Singhal Gupta & Associates and after merger is approved from the Institute, u may change the name of firm from Singhal Gupta & Associates to Gupta Goel & Aggarwal Associates subject to name approval from the institute.
