25 September 2013 I'm a may 12 pass out CA. Got placed via campus in a global group but then due to health issues left the job in feb 13 with just a month of experience. Was looking for a job in banking sector for the last 7 months but unable to get one.
I haven't joined any office till date. so its like 15 months without any experience.
Please guide me for my career.

27 September 2013 First of all, immediately join in a SME organisation or an audit firm even if they pay small amount. Then search alongside your preferred industry wehere you want to work. In between, grow your skill sets like IFRS, MS Excel, financial analysis, business modelling, understanding business processes, communication skills, networking skills etc. As you specified you want in Banking industry then try to get an audit firm where stat/concurrent audits are done for banks to get the good & indepth knowledge of banking activities of a bank. Dont depress and regret what you lost. Move ahead...Plan & write GOALs where you want to reach and what is required to do reach that (may be in months or years and what age)...best of luck
