kya pCC or IPCC k papers saare same aate hai...?? except A/c's dono corses main beter kaunsa hai..?? kiski pasing %age zada hai..

Passing Percentage is of IPCC is better but Now you cant register yourself in PCC. PCC is For the Old Students who are already registered themselves as PCC student. You have to compulsorily register for IPCC now.
