Unabsorbed depreciation is the depreciation for which the profit is not sufficient to absorb the depreciation charge.
Eg: Profit before depreciation 100
Less: Depreciation 150
Unabsorbed dep 50
Eg: Profit before depreciation 100
Less: Depreciation 150
