i'm in final ca and i just have 1month in my completion of articleship and my principal says he will extend my articleship for another 1year without a reason
so can someone help me to come out of this situation

try to find other firm & take transfer if possible and if this not possible then make a representation to institute for the matter in time without telling your principal.prepare all list of work that you do in office.

can u guide me more about the procedure as i have enquired that transfer is not allowed and i have tried m really in pressure from my principal as if i leave the training than he will report the institute that i have much more time to left to comlpete the job

Before your principal report to institute, you report to institute that my principal is extending my articleship for one year without any reason. Have the copy of attendence sheet, if any,attach with application and list of work you did in your office.trasnfer is not allowed that is right. you can go for industrial training but that is also for minimum 9 month with 8000 stipend.

Don't fear & don't panic. everything will be alright & pls don't fear to report to institute. Institute will duly consider this matter
