07 June 2014 Hello experts,

I am shifting to Mumbai from Ahmedabad and i am in the first year of articleship but the problem is my employer is not allowing for transfer.

Please provide me assistance for above as it is very urgent.

07 June 2014 unless ur ca doesnt sign on form 109 u cannot get a valid transfer and even icai cant do anything if ca doesnt sign on form 109.

07 June 2014 But it is very much important for me to shift and I have also told the reason to the employer but still he is not saying yes.

07 June 2014 then u talk to icai official that u cant continue as ur shifting to other place they may request the ca.
