I HAVE HEARD THAT A CIRCULAR REGARDING TRANSFER OF ARTICLED CLERKS FROM ONE FIRM TO ANOTHER FIRM IS GOING TO COME, IT WILL BECOME VERY DIFFICULT TO GET TRANSFER. IS IT TRUE AND IF SO FROM WHEN IT IS GOING TO COME? TELL ME SOMETHING ABOUT THAT?

Transfer of article clerk is already come into existence. Institute is not following it that strict.
It states that you can transfer from one firm to another on Medical ground and Family Problem Ground.

A GENUINE NEED FOR TRANSFER WHEREVER IS A CASE OF HUMAN RIGHTS AND AGAINST EQUITY AND JUSTICE IF DENIED IN ALL VALID CASES WHETHER CA OR ANY WHERE.

CAN A STUDENT TAKE TRANSFER FROM THE FIRM GIVING SOME FALSE REASON.AND WILL IT RESULT IN NEGATIVE IMPACT?
