20 August 2009 my articleship is going to be completed in April 2009, and i haved passed Ca final exam in june 2009.Currently i am working as an article clerk in a Delhi based Ca firm.
I am a citizen of Nepal . so can i seve in Nepal as an article clerk for the remaining period of 7 months.
what will be the procedure for transfer of Article training ??

20 August 2009 Hello dear, please clarify your question. If your articleship is completed in April 2009 then why you will register as articleship again????? is that due to extension period?????

20 August 2009 Kar di na sardaron waali baat...Taranjit sahab...He is referring Apr 2010 (Typing mistake ho gai hai).

Yes u can serve under secondment provision of CA Act, provided ur principal is fine with it.
