How to mail the tally data please provide the step as well as examples.

Dear Badal Paswan
1.Note down the Data number First
2.Right click on the Tally Icon
3.Click on Open File Location
4.Go into the Data Folder
5.Find the Noted Data number folder.
6.Right click on it.
7.send to Compressed Zip folder.(Be careful you should leave the original intact.)
8. Now you can mail the compressed zip folder
Enjoy
