whether DTA provision is required in case where depreciation as per co. act is 100000 and as per income tax act is nil.?

13 June 2012 what is the of articleship training as per ICAI. can i do articleship training from 1.00pm to 7.00pm ? and what timing will be shown in form no.112? plz suggest me?

13 June 2012 As per the regulations Articleship training should not start after 11.00am and should not close before 5.00pm. Based on such timing disclose in form 112. One thing is if you pursuing other course along with CA then only require submit of form 112 to get permission to pursue other course from ICAI other wise no need to submission of form 112 and no need of disclose timing of articleship except in form 112.
