Timing of Annual general meeting is between 09.00 A.M to 06.00 P.M. WHETHER MEETING CALL IN BUSINESS HOURS I.E. 06.00 P.M. MAY BE CONTINUE EVEN AFTER BUSINESS HOURS?????????

The timing generally refers to the commencement of the meeting and not the conclusion

Company Law 2013 and Secretarial Standards are silent in continuation of General meeting. So you can carry on the business but quorum is must through the meeting.
