I HAVE QUERY THAT IF I APPLIED FOR TENDER AND OTHER PARTY DEMAND SECURITY DEPOSIT FOR THIS PURPOSE AND SOME REASONS TENDER CAN NOT PROCEED WITH AND PARTY REFUSE TO GIVE BACK AMOUNT OF SECURITY DEPOSIT WHAT IS TREATMENT OF THIS CAN THIS CLAIM AS DEDUCTION TO PROFIT AND LOSS ACCOUNT

If the same done as per the terms of tender, you can claim it as expenses, subject to AO approval
