dear all,
i recently purchased farooq sir's dvd for dt & idt , bt not able to play them, i tried all possibble ways but all in vain.
their office staff says ki our dvds are error free. i've changed my cpu's dvd writer also & computer repairers whom i've shown my p.c they aren't able to detect the problem, my views are getting wasted by trying & trying.
i'm getting this msg " pls run other exe in this folder or bad file error video player message 5500"
my attempt is due in dis nov 16, pls smbdy help me if they've encountered with the same problem.

I have also purchased for CS professional DEC 2016 .and l also could not play it.when called they say that it would be played in windows 8 or 8.1 or 10.
I have upgraded the windows to windows 10
Now the message I am getting is you have already used the serial number.tomorrow I have to call again to them
But in the instruction it is told that it can be played in windows 7
