If TDS u/s 194 H has been wrongly deposited u/s 194 I then in that case rectification letter is required to submit to the ITO but for Mumbai Region in which ward it has to be submitted?

It needs to be submitted to ITO TDS ward the one at K. G. mittal aryuvedic hospital, grant road.
