08 May 2008 I get an error while validating the form 24,26 and 27
the error code is - T-FV-4007
and the description is - Invalid Deductee Detail Record number
can pls anyone help me out with this?
and when i use the older version through excel then it gets validated.

09 May 2008 Hi Nishit,

I had a similar problem and I got it solved. Most probably you are entering the serial no. serially irrespective of the challan nos. For every challan detail, start with 1,2,3 and so on... Read further...

Example
There are two challans and six deductee records wherein tax amount of three deductees is deposited through challan one and of other three deductees through challan two. User will enter values in respective cells as shown below:

Challan Serial No
(414)

1 1
1 2
1 3
2 1
2 2
2 3
